Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Terrene Foundation Limited (“the Foundation”) handles personal data on its websites and services.

What we collect
Section titled “What we collect”At present, we do not collect personal data. The Foundation’s website is a static site. There are no user accounts, no login forms, no comment systems, and no newsletter sign-ups.
Cookies
Section titled “Cookies”This website sets no cookies of its own. No first-party cookies, no tracking pixels.
One third-party component can set cookies, and only if you ask it to: the Spotify player on the podcast page. It is click to load. No request reaches Spotify, and no Spotify cookie is set, unless you press play on an episode. See “Third-party embeds” below.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”This website does not currently use analytics. When analytics are introduced, they will be cookie-free and privacy-preserving (no personal data collection, no cross-site tracking, no IP address storage).
Server logs
Section titled “Server logs”The web server that hosts this site may record standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status code, user agent). These logs are used solely for operational purposes (diagnosing errors, preventing abuse) and are retained for no more than 30 days. Logs are not shared with third parties and are not used for tracking or profiling.
Data we do not collect

- No location data beyond what is inherent in an IP address
- No behavioral tracking or profiling
- No cross-site tracking
Third-party services
Section titled “Third-party services”This site is hosted on infrastructure that may be operated by a third-party hosting provider. The hosting provider may process server logs as described above.
Third-party embeds
Section titled “Third-party embeds”The podcast page can embed the Spotify episode player. The embed is click to load: the page ships a button, not a player, and the Spotify iframe is created only when you press play on a specific episode.
Until you do, Spotify receives nothing from this site. After you do, Spotify receives your IP address, your user agent and the referring page, and may set cookies under its own privacy policy, over which the Foundation has no control. Every episode also carries a plain link to Spotify, so the player is never required in order to reach an episode.
Apart from the hosting provider and that embed, no third-party service receives data from this website.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent
Since we do not currently collect personal data, these rights are noted for completeness and will apply if our data practices change.

Changes to this policy
